Jennifer Dulos’ estranged husband again accused her of framing him for her disappearance in his bid to access her medical records, according to new court documents.

Fotis Dulos’ lawyer Norm Pattis filed the three-page motion Wednesday asking for a court order to obtain billing records for $14,000 worth of medical tests Jennifer underwent from February through April.

“The defendant seeks information about the diagnosis and treatment Ms. Dulos received in the weeks before her disappearance as such information may shed light on what may have motivated her to disappear,” the filing said.

It noted that the couple, who have five children, were locked in a “highly contentious matrimonial litigation” and claimed Jennifer told Fotis “she would do anything she had [to] to make sure he did not get custody of their children.”

Pattis wants the medical records “to evaluate whether Ms. Dulos, alarmed by her diagnosis and fearing that she might be able to raise the children on her own, took steps to cause her own disappearance in such a way as to raise suspicions about Mr. Dulos.”

A judge has not yet ruled on the motion.

The lawyer previously accused Jennifer of staging her disappearance to implicate her husband — a plot that plays out in the 2012 novel “Gone Girl.”

Fotis and his girlfriend, Michelle Troconis, are charged with evidence tampering and hindering prosecution in connection with Jennifer’s disappearance.

Jennifer, 50, was last seen May 24 dropping her kids off at school. She was reported missing that evening.

Troconis made a brief appearance in Stamford court on Thursday and a new date was set for Aug. 19. Fotis will appear in court on Aug. 2.
