Rapper Flo Rida has to be in Bronx court next month to face claims by his ex that he’s behind on medical and tuition payments for their disabled son — who recently survived a frightening fall from a window, The Post has learned.

The “Right Round” artist — whose real name is Tramar Dillard — must appear April 25 for trial in Bronx Family Court in Alexis Adams’ case claiming he hasn’t kept up with a 2018 custody agreement to pay medical and school costs for Zohar, 6.

After the little boy’s March 4 accidental five-story plunge from a New Jersey apartment window, medical bills have only increased for his mom, according to Adams’ lawyer, Dror Bikel.

“Zohar recently had a catastrophic accident and he needs more services now and it’s expensive and the father has the money and he’s not stepping up,” Bikel claimed.

Bikel said Zohar, born with the neurological disorder hydrocephalus, is autistic and requires “special services” — but Adams and the child were forced to go on Medicaid after they were allegedly dropped from Dillard’s insurance.

Recently the 43-year-old Florida-based rhymer has offered that his ex and Zohar go on a private insurance plan — but it’s so basic it wouldn’t cover all of Zohar’s care, Bikel claimed.

“He just got an $80 million judgment and his child is on Medicaid,” Bikel said. “It’s outrageous.”

In January, the musician won an $82.5 million judgment against energy drink company Celsius for allegedly failing to fully pay him for an endorsement deal.

Bikel alleged Zohar attends a private school that’s equipped to meet his needs, but that Dillard stopped paying the tuition, forcing Adams to seek financial help from the city Department of Education and to shell out her own money in the meantime.

“Given Zohar’s acute challenges, Zohar’s needs have not been met by his father,” Bikel claimed — adding Dillard has allegedly never met the little boy.

Zohar “is apparently a sweet, great kid and Alexis is just trying to do everything she can for him all alone,” Bikel claimed.

Late last month, Dillard posted on his Instagram that Zohar, “Is getting the best medical care and miraculously survived a tragic fall.”

Adams filed a negligence lawsuit against the New Jersey building where Zohar fell, claiming it had the wrong size window guards installed. The youngster suffered fractures to his pelvis and left foot, a lacerated liver, collapsed lungs and internal bleeding from the accident, her suit claimed.

In 2017, Adams sued Dillard for allegedly not paying child support for Zohar – whom he allegedly didn’t acknowledge as his son at the time despite a DNA test proving otherwise.
